We believe that everyone deserves to be blessed in heavenly love as husband and wife. The Marriage Blessing exists so we can engraft into God’s family as a couple, reestablishing God at the center of our family, & substantially building the Kingdom here on earth.

Through families filled with God’s love, we are starting a revolution. A revolution of the culture of heart where everyone can feel the presence of God’s true love and true will for their life: our Heavenly Parent’s holy community.
Our Founders
Rev. Sun Myung Moon & Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon
The heart of this movement Rev. and Dr. Moon founded is the recreation of God's ideal family. Beginning from their own Marriage Blessing in 1960, Father and Mother Moon are calling men and women to transcend race and religion, rebuilding the family as the vessel of true lasting love, and the cornerstone of world peace through the Marriage Blessing. This tradition of God-centered marriage and their efforts for building God’s Kingdom of Heaven on Earth is why we are here today.
Our Leadership
Meet Our Co-Pastors: Joshua & Takayo Holmes
Joshua & Takayo were born and raised in LA and received the Blessing of marriage together in Feb 2020. In the beginning of 2023, they became the co-pastors of Los Angeles Family Church on the foundation of Rev. Mark Tengan’s incredible leadership.
Through their extensive work with young people, they have cultivated a deep passion for raising young leaders and creating environments and programs necessary for actualizing a spiritual revolution in this rising generation.
Their commitment is the same: to rebuild and restore Los Angeles through modeling the heart and action of our founders, Father and Mother Moon.
