The following is the food schedule of this month. In this November, Kodan Bazaar will be held on the 1st & 3rd Sundays, and Potluck Lunch will be on the 2nd Sunday.

On October 12, we have officially moved our CSW to our new room! Come to praye in this new space where so many will find their way closer to Heavenly Parent, True Father and True Mother.

On a sunny winter day in Southern California, a special Service was held at the Los Angeles Family Church.

True Mother declared the dedication of Cheon Won Gung (with the Cheon Il Sanctum) for the sake of the final completion of God's providence and the victory of the firm establishment of a heavenly unified world.

On the March 22 TribeNet call, in response to Dr. Yong, we have launched the "2022 New Life Campaign - Reconnecting Hearts to God," where leaders and members are invited to pledge their commitment to bring 3 new members to their local community by the Anniversary of True Father's Seunghwa this August.

At the end of the three-month trial of the Saturday Evening Service (October 30, 2021 - January 29, 2022), we took survey. 106 members responded. Thank you! Members’ input were carefully reviewed and discussed by the pastors. The congregational care in several areas were discussed by the pastors and leaders. Last Saturday Rev. Mark Tengan, Senior Pastor, announced that we will continue Satuday Evening Service one hour earlier at 5:00 pm starting on February 5.

The North American Blessing Registry is now available to every Tribal Messiah family for personalized access.

The Blessing Registry is the official record of North American Blessed couples who have completed the 43-day change-of-blood lineage condition as guided by True Parents (Unificationists and others).

During the Service on October 3, Rev. Mark Tengan, Senior Pastor, announced the upcoming change of church service from Sunday morning to Saturday evening from October 30. It is a 3-month trial. Please see the slides which have details. We hope it will be an opportunity for more families and members to come as one family. It’s time to start or re-start our Hoondok daily life. Dr. Yong is recommending the 100-time reading of Divine Principle starting with a one-hour version. We're excited to announce the beginning of Morning Devotion for the West Coast to begin at 6 AM PST, Friday, January 15.

The format will be the same as the regular Morning Devotion plus Dr. Yong's content. This will be your opportunity to join and fellowship together with our brothers and sisters. Open to anyone who wants to join.

We are living in challenging times. We cannot deny what is taking place before our eyes. With growing dismay, we have watched the polarization and conflict in this country grow. The pandemic and the contentious elections only augmented this process. But with the events leading up to and those taking place on January 6 at our nation’s capital, it becomes evident that we mustn’t stand on the sidelines.

Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon, affectionately known as True Mother, virtually delivered this message on December 5, 2020, at the Rally of Hope to Celebrate the 1st Anniversary of the World Christian Leadership Conference for the Realization of a Heavenly Unified World.

Los Angeles welcomed the national touring team of Peace Road USA 2020 on Saturday, August 15. There were 3 phenomenal events. Before those events, a Pre-event was aired on Facebook Live titled “Countdown to Peace Road” with Mother Moon’s speech and video testimonies on her recently published memoir by Bishop Noel Jones, Elder Perry, as well as many young members of the L.A. Family Church.

El Segundo was the location of this year’s SURF CAMP on August 4, 5, and 6th.

This was the 15th year since starting in San Diego in 2005. Our participants came from the Los Angeles area and as far away as the Bay Area and Las Vegas. We had 30 people this year…

To raise awareness of the various themes of peace around the world and expand the culture of peace, the Sunhak Peace Prize Foundation is holding a motion graphics video competition.

Dear High Schoolers,
Submit a short video of yourself lecturing about any topic (not a whole section) from Principle of Creation, DP. Every week will be from a different chapter in DP. The video should be about 2 mins. long, but shorter than 3 mins.

Every week, we will be sending a section of the “Our Path” curriculum (which is basically Il-Shim content) for the students to read, and a few short answer questions that they will need to complete. Answers are due by 10 p.m. every Saturday and that will enter their name into a drawing which we will hold every Sunday.

The prize will be a $20 gift certificate to a food place which we will decide on and announce later.

As you may know, the time period in which we can apply for the CheonBo Won has been extended to September, on the occasion of True Father’s Ascension anniversary…Below is a list of next steps in your application process.
